Oh weird. I thought this was a reverse isekai that took place on Earth, but this chapter reveals it is the same world she lived in. A twist I didn't suspect. Could be cool, seeing how a fantasy society evolved into what appears to be modern day one.
Mahiru is so much better its not even close. That hug was peak wife material. On the other side, Miya is losing braincells every chapter and it almost seems like MC has given up even trying to guess a correct name.
I hope his students don't betray Sensei and force him into full edgelord mode. They seem to be the only thing keeping him somewhat grounded at this point. Glasses guy seems to be easily manipulated though....
