It actually took me a while to figure out how to translate it too. In Japanese, it's ヒモ (himo), which has the exact same meaning as "kept man", so it's the only thing that really fits. I considered using gigolo or sugar baby, but those imply a sexual relationship.

Imma be honest, I didn't know you could access new chapters earlier with a subscription on Ganma lol. From now on, I will drop the chapters within ~a day from them being released in Japanese.
