It is not only the context of the characters but the theme about the main purpose of a machine, cuz that it what ILY is, so what hit me the most is the sudden questioning and finding of an actual purpose of ILY upon the questioning of its own existence before being deleted.
This thing made me cry fr, maybe I'm a weakling or just too sensitive but it did. Like, I know how crazy it sounds to read such a fantasy from the author, but the main concept, leaving apart the ages of the characters, actually moved me
