The kanjis used to refer to the other head are 相方, which translates to "partner", genderless. I should've probably used "it" instead, and since I haven't checked the other raws, I don't know if the MC calls the other head by 彼 ("kare") or 彼女 ("kanojo"). I guess my own head completed it to "him"...
