    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 81.5

Contrast this with the other times we see EC grinning, during his fight with EC and when he's begging the Therapist to kill him. In those times his smile is crooked and unnatural, and he's trembling uncontrollably, as his glee and fear over his death are fighting each other. Meanwhile EC just...

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 43

Its not like anyone checks the comments on old chapters but I just want to point out that Scourge's glee towards being given imaginary cookies hits way harder once you consider his backstory. That may have legitimately been the first time in his entire life anybody was kind to him.

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 80

I actually read Kengan Ashura for the first time because I was bored waiting for new CC chapters. It was pretty decent but honestly no fight in it felt as peak as Florida Man vs God in a Box or El Cucaracho vs Violence Incarnate.

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 80

El Cucaracho only has no rhythm because he doesn't even try in his fights. Beatdown is able to hear his beat when he starts dodging (IE: actually taking things seriously). We'll probably get a Cucaracho sound reveal next chapter.

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 80

So disregarding all the hype and speculation, I just want to bring up how satisfying it is to see Tomahawk come back to hang out with the boys. Like its just fun to see the convicts hang out with each other and now the posse is finally complete (except Samoan, R.I.P). I kinda hope the ending...

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 80

I think the Revolutionary Revolver was one of the assassins El Cucaracho hired to kill himself.

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 79.5

Okay, so while waiting for the next chapter I had time to overthink things. Rereading the fight, unless I missed something El Cucaracho hasn't made a serious attempt to dodge Pete's attacks, meaning he's still isn't being serious. So in his previous fights, when did he start dodging? Against...

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 79.5

The question is how would Tomahawk know it? He doesn't have some special ability to analyse fighters like Monkey See or Beatdown. My suspicion is that El Cucharacho also has the exact same breathing technique as Violence Incarnate. Tomahawk is able to recognize that from his hands-on experience...

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 79.5

Imagine starting out your fight doing a flawless victory that makes you seem like the best fighter in the tournament only to spend the rest of the series being a hype tool and exposition machine. Man if I actually could draw I'd make a Monkey vs Tomahawk what-if dream matchup fancomic because I...

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 79.5

Now we just have to see what was the thing El Cucaracho did that got Tomahawk and Beatdown so concerned.

    Convict Colosseum - Ch. 79

I have the feeling its gonna turn out that Pistol Pete's charges were fabricated by the Cartel in order to get rid of him after even the Don couldn't beat him. I mean, this chapter clearly shows they already have ins with local corrupt police officers, so it seems like the type of thing they can...
