This manga gets too real for me sometimes... Sad TL note of the day: the alt title "咳をしてもひとり" is a famous haiku by a man called Ozaki Hosai who wrote a lot about loneliness as he was isolated and sick during his final years.

I think this mangaka has a thing for drawing batshit insane faces. Regarding the alt title "水の出鼻" is apparently some saying about something starting very intense and then losing momentum. I'm gonna try to finish one chapter a week btw. (as long as I don't get distracted by translating doujins)
