    Akumade Amai Watashi no Kanojo - Vol. 3 Ch. 14 - My Girlfriend Is Loved

    She has said it at least once, to an asleep Lily (ch11, p25), and she replied "I do" when Lily's mom asked her if she loved Lily (ch10, p06). I may have missed one, but it seems that she really hasn't told it directly to Lily even once.
