Even by the incredibly lax standards of these 1-page/1-panel twitter manga, this is a big bag of nothing.

After he confessed to her on the street she thought that she could become more popular with her peers and so its implied that her 'telling on him' in the first couple of chapters was her saying she was going to boast that he had asked her out to her classmates... But then he freaked out from her enthusiasm and very noticeably started avoiding her, making her look like a liar to the school, thus ruining her socially. So she's breaking down in front of him because of it, and either shes gripping his lapels while crying from what is likely the social ostracization she has experienced due to her 'lying'. Some of the comments i have seem have people think she might have stabbed him, but i don't think so?
Either way... Not a happy ending and just... I rather hope there is some sort of happy ending sequel or alternate happy version released...
