Ok, so it wasn't exactly the "winning" timeline, but the furthest she got in those 108 loops. Scarlet at her strongest incarnation yet, but she lost the final battle. I presume her own timeline looks like this and current Scarlet only has to win that final duel to finally break out of this.
C'mon Scarlet. Kisses on newborns don't count as losing your first kiss. Besides, that was artificial respiration and absolutely not romantically motivated. Maybe try again when you're both old enough to have a childhood love going?
I can't get a read on Arisa. She's obsessed with Scarlet but doesn't seem to be attracted to any of the boys around her. She's not a yuri villain, is she...?
