Both Yuzuriha (in ch.70) and Sagiri (ch.124) almost died, so it's hard to tell.

I think I understand why Gabimaru got his hand back. While Sagiri did chop of the parts with the most roots, he still has so e left in his body. After all, he did regrow his head and arms. So, it make sense he’d get his left hand back. But, I’m not so sure how Sagiri had the hole in gut healed.
