@Kam while is someone from another Universe, I think Jiren remains the strongest, after all, they needed 3 of the strongest at the same time to beat him, or 4 if you count the android (Talking about the anime only because the manga was too desperate to end that arc).

I really hope we see more angel doctrines and techniques besides ultra instinct, I mean come on there's no way UI is the only power an angel has, also with the Destroyers, hope that technique Beerus mentioned is something as unique as the Hakai.
