This issue has been occurring as of 1:30 PM EST, but it probably started earlier than that. Not sure if it's related to the server issue from the other day, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Tested on Chrome and Firefox

Same problem here, and the chapters seems to load more slowly or fail to load more often.

All good, it was buried in the Support channel a little

There was a large hiccup a few hours ago, the site has now caught up, read markers and chapter uploads should now be up-to-date.
