Those drinks (I call them snacks) are quite nice. I never have that brand specifically, but I had similar stuff when I was a kid.
They're usually eaten (licked clean) frozen (can also be drunk cold). You'd suck on them until all the flavorful liquid is gone, then you just munch on the ice. That's the basic gist of it.
The picture looked like it was another variant of the snack that is thicker, so it would probably be more similar to ice cream in that case.
