I thought the visual of the hand that comforts him being also what confines his sister away was really interesting. It gives the idea that what pacified his worry ultimately prevented him and his sister from uniting.

The raw is ended, this story is kinda frustrating but has a good happy ending.

She has childhood trauma, so she often hallucinate, like her imaginary woman stay in the room next to hers. Her real brother William is gay, and his relationship with Elliot was complicated before he died.
