technically yes, but when the series starts you get presented to Lylisa first, henche a lot of people take her as "the first girl"
either way its such a bad trope, i hate it

Mikarin has been putting on the moves since forever, even more now that theyre in HS and then even more after Okumura starts seeing 3D girls as girls, so she really is just mogging the rest of the cast (although the forced harem Hashimoto sometimes tries include its so bad it may as well not exist)
