After reading monster, I wanted to take a look at the author's other works. It is difficult to make a comment for the first chapter, but it was a very difficult choice as a subject. I hope he gets through

Re-reading this for the first time. I didn't realize back then, but this is an amazing first chapter. It foreshadows everything that comes after, and the pace of the chapter, which introduces so many aspects without feeling too dense.

20th Century Boys is certainly not the strongest work from Urasawa writing-wise, but the more I read the more it becomes my favorite.
