For real they can, my cats were meowing my ears into dust when I got sick some weeks ago.

treats aside i'd expect an auto feeder but i can imagine some would just still bother you on purpose even if it's endearing when someone fluffy does it

i remember hearing about some dogs being able to 'smell' the changes if their owner living in the house that gets pregnant
(altho awkward if it was some random person too and telling them. tho i think they even have some diabetes trained dog that can sense one's blood sugar lowering)

aren't cat tongues known for being rough? well it might be slightly softer as kitties tho i never was fond of dogs licking my face. tho i wouldn't mind being 'kneaded' as long as their claws don't come out lol

It's pretty great to get licked by cats. It feels kind of like when you are itchy and scratch yourself. It's very pleasant.
Then again, the only issue is that human hair is very different from cat fur, it doesn't dry itself easily.
If you get your head groomed by your cat it's gonna smell like tuna cat breath until you take a shower.
Then again it's one of those things that owners don't mind. Like you wear the fur in your clothes and the scratches in your forearms like mementos of their affection.

I see , hand is one thing but idk if I'd wanna get my face licked but i can imagine that's how some wake up their owners
