I'm sure there'd be plenty who'd still compliment him. altho while a 'hater' being in this world would be an anomaly i still kinda half expect there to be someone with allergies, which would be quite unfortunate. unless the 'declining population' applies to jp only and they're like mixed or a foreigner coming to japan as a tourist/visiting relatives

if not non cat pets, they did mention doves in the other chapter so we know birds exist at least
