I can sort of relate to the MC, from late middle school to mid high school I had unintentionally intimidating eyes, I wore sun glasses to try and compensate, which only helped so much...
Also because I'm only like, a year older than the MC... Ah, 2001 and Digimon Tamers, those were simpler times.
