I enjoyed the fluffy, slow pace of the series since it was never trying to jerk me around with love triangles or fake outs. It was something to look forward to each week that I knew was generally going to be cute and sweet and not make me want to throw stuff at the author 🤣 .

I wish I could say that about more series, but I live in the isekai gutter so...

Aren't we all in the isekai gutter? lol it's a wide ass gutter that's near impossible to ignore. I enjoyed what I read of Kubo but I could see that it would be one of the stall until axe then progress series.
