You're right, Igarashi, Chiyo sure does talk about Ookuma a lot. You shouldn't just be jealous that she talks about him, you should be worried about why. Too bad you're such a simpleton who's easy to bamboozle into believing every little lie your girlfriend tells you.

As for Chiyo, I am still not convinced that she has actually found "closure" (oh, how I hate that word) regarding her Middle School "love trauma" (as she put it), and that she no longer has any lingering feelings for Ookuma. Perhaps her overt concern and meddling with regards to Nagatsuki and Ookuma is a combination of jealousy and wish-fullfilment, wanting to vicariously experience a love affair with Ookuma through Nagatsuki's eyes...

@FredFriendly - Unresolved feelings don't necessarily mean romantic. Every time she's encountered Ookuma, she's clearly shown disdain for him. If anything, she's probably just concerned about Ookuma doing the same thing to her best friend. Now, yes she could tell Nagatsuki, but she probably doesn't want to her hurt friend by telling her the guy she's fawning over is an asshole. Yeah, it's not the best solution, but Chiyo could be trying to protect her friend while also helping her get with him.

Yes, Chiyo is concerned that Ookuma may treat Nagatsuki badly, and, yes, she has shown disdain for him, and, yes, she is stupidly encouraging her friend to have a romantic relationship with someone she knows, at first hand, has a history of being a jerk. But none of this precludes lingering romantic feelings. Just think about all the women all over the world who are routinely abused (physically, emotionally, or both) by their significant others, but won't leave him because they are still madly in love with him.
