I'm not sure Pixiv-uploaded manga and comics are all really intended to be interpreted as long strips, especially ones like this that have two-page spread landscapes.

I strongly suspect the translation is from Danbooru user FriendOfTheDevil's notes, but I have no idea who did the cleaning, re-drawing, and type-setting.
