I mean a few were people who are in the wrong place at the wrong time, but the initial escape, all people who would stop her along with what was likely quite a few mercy kills, 2 of the 4 bullys, doctors who would either stop or report, cops who would stop/report and I think that's it.

the taxi driver was an 'accident' granted she caused it, but an accident.
