Because they are close, they use "tu" and it's "achète". "achetez" is when one use "vous" (speaking formally to someone or speaking to two or more people)
You may have noticed that it's "achète" and not "achètes" with a "s". In french, when we give an order or an advice, we use the imperative. It's a particular tense.
