While I don't know if this upload is one, I've encountered a fair bit of adverts for other sites on MD,both as uploads and as altered manga descriptions.
Rather annoying how they also usually claim to have full-res versions that MD doesn't have "because of filesize limits on MD"..
Would be sad if anyone actually got fooled by those statements.
