It must be terrible to act normally, hiding personal problems and act your way through the day. That's depressing as fuck.

Mom probably found a job or is a gold digger, leaving her money as a farewell gift, not having a sense of responsibility by at least giving her to a orphanage. At one hand she supported her with money, but on another hand didn't had guts to tell her the truth.
