As I understand it, female humans are less likely to acquiesce to such proposals due to psychological influence of the dimorphic nature of meiosis. The creation of an ovum is more nutritionally taxing than the creation of sperm, so for female humans, intercourse has more of a value due to its evolutionarily ingrained scarcity; it is thus unconsciously rationed out.
