I remember it being about a girl reincarnating in a saint-kinght from a otome game, were one of the male leads has all bad endings because he's some kind of demon? ( the male lead is tanned with white hair) so the girl tries to treat him horrible and not show any emotion during all of her route with the male lead. But at the end when the male lead is mortally wounded she falters and cries in front of him, this activates like a sadistic side to the male lead and he basically turns her into a slave, by stealing a sphere that she used to save, after tormenting her for a while the male lead "destroys" the sphere for saving so the female lead falls into despair and gives up to the male lead. At the end it's revealed the male lead never actually destroyed the sphere and ends in a cliffhanger
