Don't worry, I had a look at the raws and it seems that this only happens in ch1, after this it's mostly a cohabition and cooking manga.

A LOT of cooking for some reason, seems what the author really wanted to do was a couple's cooking manga.

The obvious joke is going to be that it says something other sexed, like "danced", or "Talked... about your futures", or possibly even something more lightly romantically changed like "kissed" instead of what we all imagine.
