rather than the japanese, I think the english part is more of an issue, a proofreader would help, if it was on sad panda, the translation would have been bombed in the comments

does some of my translation bad?
sorry I've kinda try to learn and improve my skills on translating by try to translate some abandoned series...
and can I also ask does some of you use tool to redraw and fix some of context?
I'm have a big trouble on redrawing some of the element which I recklessly doesn't try to change or remove that why there has a untranslated text on the chapter.

I haven't read the raw so I can't comment on the accuracy of your translations, but a lot of your English flows very weirdly or just plain isn't grammatically correct.
Your second question is a tad difficult to understand, but if you're just asking for redrawing tools then typically people just redraw in an application like Photoshop.

your english is kinda broken, lots of grammatical and lexical mistakes. I can kinda guess it's neither your first or second language. So basically you're translating something from a language you don't understand to another you have notion without being fluent enough, that's about the same as feeding the translation to a MTL without editing.
If you want to learn the ropes of translating works, better start with at least one language you mastered.
as for software, any image editor like photoshop (not free) or gimp, canva, paint.net... can find some tutorial on youtube
