a bit of spoiler (or giving away an idea from the story) from here on so pls beware:
i once forgot my glasses otw to the airport, and it was 4 am and still dark outside. i was bummed at first but then i started looking around and seeing the lights and it was strangely fascinating. i have bad myopia and astigmatism on top of that so the lights just looked like big circles to me, severely pixelated except they're round. it was very fun trying to explain how it looked to my mom lol
