Yeah I've seen it, I know fully well it's wrong and messed up.

But the difference is that in hentai they make it clear what it is upfront, they know it is degenerate and don't try to hide it.

Here in this manga they are painting it as if it was ok and cute, which it isn't.

It's shoujo/josei logic.
It's creepy, but he's making her happy, so it's all good. Plus he's hot.
She also would likely agree to that too, as she's kinda clueless about this stuff.

This is the one thing I hate about shojo manga. I read them mostly because they have detailed sex scenes without becoming pornograhic, but 80% of male MCs give off rapist or abusive boyfriend vibes
