Why does it say 'no coments yet' sometimes and 'be the first to comments' othertimes? Is there a reason or is this just random?

If you haven't found out yet: "Be the first to comment" means the comment thread doesn't even exist yet. "No comments yet" means someone clicked the button, triggering the generation of the thread, but someone has yet to leave a comment other than OP.
