Yeah they do, bunch of people who just rate everything new 1 or 10 based on... I don't know what. The tags? Nothing? Almost nothing actually deserves a 1 or a 10. 10 means a genuine masterpiece (I think I've only rated 3 manga a 10, ever), 1 means it gives your computer a virus or raeps your dog.

I know in the past there were a bunch of Solo Leveling fanbois who'd vote everything else down so SL would be higher in ratings.
