It's the "don't be unattractive" rule. But instead applied to "don't have her mind change the next week".

Guy I know has a stalker GF that cheated on him. Ran into her by chance at new job, she unprofessionally refused service.
He said ok, turned 180, and walked out immediately. Because society is completely biased "she said, he said", even if she is a liar.

Pretending to be drunk is one of those red flags. Because consent laws are also biased like that.
Guy is drunk, claims regret, thrown out. Girl is drunk, claims regret, jail. Bar is most certainly not equal. To argue otherwise is silly.
Especially if it's a new relationship where you don't know them well, or if they are OK with inebriated sex or not.
