Ability to hide or consolidate a forum post on Latest Posts. :rejected:

I like to look at Latest Posts on the main page to see what people are talking about in the forums, Unfortunately there become times where it becomes filled up with one topic. Sometimes it's innocuous fun like the letter game. and sometimes it's just general hostility. In both cases however they push out other posts in the Latest Posts. Having them consolidated would make it better to see more about what people are talking about. Or for the latter cases being able to not see certain ones so you don't have to see someone just bashing on a person, group, or idea they don't like.

At some point next year we will be moving to Xenforo per @rdn. XF has that ability, I believe.

Long story short, that makes the suggestion moot since the new forum will have a lot of features that have been requested. I'm marking it as rejected simply because it will happen at some point.
