It's taken 25 chapters to just get the ugly retard to kill himself, in those chapters after the first half a dozen where things actually did happen, each chapter barely had any content and could pretty much be summed up in a couple of words as in each maybe only a single thing happens and barely any time passes in-world.

3/4ths of this entire series so far has just been the MC trying to figure out a way to get rid of this guy, and after figuring out a way putting it together one piece per chapter. Keep in mind that none of this could be described as a plot or direction for the story itself, like the MC doesn't have any goal at all after this and we have no idea at all for what will happen after this point like "maybe he'll escape the cave"... and then what? or "maybe he'll hallucinate his way back to the modern day"... and then what?

This whole killing the ugly bastard thing has had all of this time poured into it, but as a means to an end itself. There's no goal to killing him other than killing him, he's just been blocking the forward progression of the story, that's it. Where the fuck is this story going? Are you able to answer that?

Manhua like this can be hit or miss, I didn’t mind the mystery gimmick being appealing at first but for these kinda “isekai”‘I’d rather it be something where he can go back and forth more willingly

But immortality aside (unless he gets stabbed or tortured by the psych doctors) I imagine he’d have some consequences bringing in “power “ from the other world if not it being an issue with selling “gold” to some antique shop via his friend without some accusation of him stealing it
