About a thumbnail

I uploaded a new cover for this entry almost two weeks ago, but I've noticed today that the thumbnail for it didn't change yet. You can see it here. Reuploaded it today another time as well, but it still didn't change to the new one. Did I perhaps use the wrong resolution for the cover? The cover changes to Mino-san/SenpaixKouhai in the past worked fine for the thumbnails and I don't see any other thread with this issue, so it probably only applies to this mango right now.

It's a bug we're aware off, for certain entries the thumbnail doesn't get updated.
Not sure when it will be fixed, but the devs will look into it.
