Account 2fa recovery

I tried to set up 2 factor authentication using windows passkey. But, I can't log in(I have no idea why it said try again). I checked my settings, and mangadex's authenticator is definitely there. Then my stupid ass deleted the passkey on the computer thinking it would remove the 2fa. But, I still need to register any security key and I lose the option to use windows passkey to login. Is there any way to recover my account? I managed to did all this in 3 minutes. I forgot to made backup. I'm sorry.
