Add a "one-shot" follow option

I've been marking one-shots as "completed" in my follows but that's only sort of true. It would be nice if there was a way to tell at a glance, and filter by, completed series vs one-shots.

@BrightAmethyst If you go into your MDList, you can use the button in the top right to include/exclude series tags. This provides a better way of finding specific types of series among all your follows, and among different reading categories as well.
