I'd like to comment on my own entries in MDList. This could have several uses.
In plan to read I could add comments like "romance", "shounen" to avoid opening each title and checking what the manga even was. Or "read when completed", "currently on it's last volume" or simply "read soon". I don't think it is just me who 'ruined' their plan to read. Of course I could just go through the titles and delete unwanted ones though.
In Completed I' be able to do similar, such as "cute", "funny" or "good re-read value". It would help me with remembering what I liked about it or why I scored it a certain way. I personaly like to listen to one/few songs through reading a manga on repeat and I like having those associated with the manga thanks to it. I could just write down a song to remember what I had connected with the manga.
In Dropped it would help me remember why I dropped it originally.
