Add "Show N filtered items" functionality to author pages

Currently, author pages show the total number of an author's works, but when listing the works themselves, they exclude works that don't fall within the user's current content filter settings.
Similar to how the Related section on a manga page has a button for "Show 2 filtered items", Author pages should also have the same.
