Maybe it referred to a separate concept that couldn't be learned by humans and it was a translation issue (not THIS concept, but A concept cannot be understood by humans)?
The only reason I have for this guess is that we have met incomprehensible concepts (strictly with no name) next to named concepts in earlier chapters
