From data mining analysis author/writer is an italian living in belgium while artist is korean,
and this is published on a korean website

So it is technically allowed, though I can't say I enjoy its presence that much
(not because I'm a bigot, mind you: I'm quite the atheist)

@DjAlexDubCheck even though it's published in korean website (the site is Line webtoon, but the link you give is in english) doesn't mean it was a korean webtoon, it's pretty much english and so the author and the artist (by seeing their twitter).

I'm pretty sure the artist isn't Korean, especially if you look at some other comics they've made. Either that or they're fluent in English and never mention anything Korean despite being one. Probably the first.

Also there are no rules on Mangadex that state it can't be here (Assuming I interpreted them correctly), plus there's already a bunch of English Webtoons that are on this site, like
