I know mangago isn't a reputable place to upload from being a sketchy aggregator site and all but it seems for this translation it's the only existing copy of it and where it originates from. As for the "Group" I'm not entirely sure if the "Ani" user who uploaded all 12 of them is the translator or not. They didn't have any credit pages at the end of the chapters to confirm anything.
