That moment Jamil finds and rescues Tiffa from a Newtype lab is new to me. There is room for more storytelling on that matter but it seems this is all we'll get.
His final duel with Lancerow is expanded a little on this chapter, explains his scar and shows the moment they both lost their Newtype powers, but otherwise isn't particularly new information. Excluding him using Kina's G-Falcon to help him survive reentry. I don't think Kina even existed in the anime, though.
I suppose if the anime wasn't doomed to only have 39 episodes rather than the 50+ most older Gundam series have we could've seen these moments too. Sure would've loved to see more of young Jamil, his first love Lucille and best bro Kina.
