That thing is neither human nor demon that thing is pure monster I get it has a humanoid female form but I am somewhat confused on the hesitation. Is it because it looks somewhat human when as a reminder even if it was a demon itself you were already set on killing it in the first place. No you killed the Demon Lord and she looked human to you even before you became a demon yourself.
