When my cat was a kitten, I once accidentally left the door open when on the john.

It crawled into my (warm) pants on the ground, curled up into a ball, and went to sleep.

...I managed to get my feet out without moving the cat, and got a new pair of pants to wear.

And always made sure the door was closed after that.
