i got faith, but what a negative outlook this chapter was. i wonder if issho thinks he can learn shiguma from akane, even if shes only heard it the one time

what a chapter...! This manga excels at showing the human core of Rakugo and how it cannot always match up to Standard Shonen Tropes so I'm sure this'll pan out for the best overall but man! What a twist!!

it's gonna be a hell of an adjustment but I very much look forward to seeing how Akane broadens her understanding of the human experience while learning under Issho, and how that'll reflect in her art (and her eventual performance of Shiguma's Art........)
