Hak’s perspective in this chapter has cleared all my doubts of thinking suwon might be a sociopath because he doesn’t have anyone dear.

You know I actually think soo-won doesn't feel emotions that much. Maybe he has some sociopathic tendencies. I wouldn't say that he feels nothing but maybe he just doesn't get too attached to someone

It's so twisted that Hak, who hates Soo won so much, understands him better than anyone else. Hak is right, Soo won definitely feels emotions but he's able to sacrifice for the bigger picture and that is the one thing that Hak would never do. That's the one thing they don't see eye to eye.

So tragic to think that all Hak wanted was to support Soo Won in becoming king and even giving up his love so Soo Won could be with Yona. To the point he called it his dream. After being through so much, it's heartwarming that Hak can now trust and laugh with the other dragon guys after being betrayed by his best friend in one of the worst ways.
